Your vehicles and their photo history

The vehicles in your portal are the ones your detailer keeps on file for you — the cars they book, price and photograph. This article shows you where to see them, how to browse the photos taken of each one over time, and what to do when a vehicle is missing or wrong.

See your vehicles

  1. Sign in, then choose My Vehicles at the top of the page.
  2. Each vehicle is a card with its year, make and model, and the plate when the business recorded one.

If the business has not put a vehicle on file for you yet, the page says You don’t have any vehicles yet. — see the last section for what to do.

Browse a vehicle’s photo history

  1. Choose a vehicle’s card. It gains a highlighted border to show it is selected.
  2. Below the cards, the photos taken of that vehicle appear grouped by visit, newest first, each group headed Service on and the date.
  3. Choose any thumbnail to see it full size; Next and Previous move through that visit’s photos, and Close returns you to the page.

Until you pick a vehicle, the page prompts Select a vehicle to view its photo history. A vehicle that has never been photographed shows No photos yet for this vehicle.

These are the same before-and-after photos you see on each booking’s page — see Photos and notes from your detailer. Here they are simply sorted by car instead of by visit, which is the easier way to compare a vehicle across a year of services.

Add or correct a vehicle

You cannot add, edit or remove a vehicle from the portal. Your vehicles are part of the record the business keeps for you — like your name, email and phone — and their type sets the price and the time your services take, so a change goes through the business rather than a form.

Call or email them — their phone and email are at the bottom of every page — and tell them the make, model, year, color and plate. The vehicle appears in My Vehicles and in the Select Vehicle list when you next book. See Contact your detailer.

If a vehicle you no longer own is still listed, ask the business to remove it. Its past bookings, and the photos on them, stay in your history.

Good to know

  • The vehicle you pick when booking comes from this same list, so a car that is not here cannot be chosen for an appointment. A first-time customer books with whatever the business has on file, or asks them to add the car first — see Choose a vehicle and a service address.
  • Only you and the business can see these vehicles and their photos.
  • If the photos do not load, the page says Failed to load photos. Please try again. — choose the vehicle again, or reload the page.
