What can we help you with?
Contact support
By the end of this article you will know how to reach support, and how to write the message so the first reply already solves your problem.
Look here first
- Help in your avatar menu — click your avatar at the top right (or the card with your name at the bottom of the left menu) and choose Help. It opens this help center, in your language, in a new tab.
- The small question mark next to a page’s title opens the article about that page.
- The search box at the top of the help center finds articles by any word in them.
Write to support
Email support@waxstak.com from the address your account uses — it is how support confirms it is talking to a member of your business. There is no support form inside the back office; email reaches a person faster than a form would.
Include, in one message:
- Your business’s address — the
your-business.office.waxstak.comyou sign in at. Support looks the business up by it. - Which page — the menu path (Work → Jobs), or the address bar.
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead. “I clicked Save Changes on a customer and got a red message saying …” is worth more than “customers are broken”.
- When — date and approximate time, with your time zone, so support can find it in the logs.
- A screenshot, if there is anything to see. Cover card numbers and other people’s personal details before sending.
Support replies to the same email thread. Keep replying there rather than starting a new one, so nothing is lost.
Sales and account questions
- Plans, pricing and what each plan includes: pricing, or sales@waxstak.com.
- Anything about your subscription or billing from Wax Stak: support@waxstak.com works for that too.
- The contact page on the website reaches the same people.
Good to know
- Support can see how your business is set up, but never your password, backup codes or card numbers. Nobody from Wax Stak will ask you for them.
- If you have lost access to the email on your account, write from another address and say so; support will verify you another way.
- Answers to the most common questions are in this help center’s Getting started section — start with What the back office is.
