Contact your detailer
Most questions you will ever have — about a booking, a price, an invoice, a detail on file — are for the business that does the work, not for the portal. This article shows you where their contact details are and helps you send each question to the right place.
Find their phone and email
At the bottom of every page of the portal, above the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Help links, the business’s phone number and email address are shown as links:
- On a phone, tap the number to call it.
- Tap or click the email address to open a new message to them in your mail app.
You do not need to be signed in — the details are there on the sign-in page and on any link they send you, too. If the business has shared social profiles, a row of icons under Follow us sits just above; each one opens that profile in a new tab.
The invoices your detailer sends you carry the same contact details, so a question about a bill can start from the bill itself.
What to contact them about
Your detailer is the right contact for anything about your service — the portal only shows you what they have set up:
- Bookings — changing a time, canceling, a visit that could not be completed, what a service includes.
- Prices, quotes and invoices — a charge you do not recognize, a deposit, a refund.
- Your details — a new email or phone number, a wrong name; the portal shows these read-only, and they update them for you. See Your account details and language.
- Signing in — a code that never arrives usually means the email they have for you is not the one you are typing.
- Messages — the language their emails and texts arrive in, or turning review invitations back on after you opted out.
When to contact Wax Stak instead
The portal itself is made by Wax Stak. If the site is not working — a page that will not load, a button that does nothing, an error that keeps coming back whatever you do — write to support@waxstak.com and describe what you were doing when it happened.
Wax Stak does not handle your bookings, prices or details — the business does — so a question about those would only be passed back to them; going to them directly is faster.
Good to know
- The phone and email shown are the ones the business chose for its customers to use — the same ones printed on the invoices they send you.
- If the footer shows no phone or email at all, the business has not added them yet. The contact details in the messages they sent you still work.
- Contacting the business from the footer does not go through the portal: it is an ordinary call or email, so nothing is recorded here.
