Your account details and language
Your details in the portal are the ones your detailer keeps for you — the name they greet you by, the email your codes and confirmations go to, the phone they text. This article shows you where to find them, how to get one corrected, and how to read the portal in the language you prefer.
See your details
- Sign in, then choose your name at the top right.
- Choose Your details.
The page lists Name, Email and Phone, under the note The contact details your service provider has on file. A detail your detailer never recorded shows as Not provided — that is normal for a customer added by phone number only, for instance.
Get a detail changed
The page is read-only on purpose. Your name, email and phone drive your detailer’s scheduling, invoicing and messages, so a change goes through them rather than through a form you could edit alone: as the page says, Need something changed? Contact your service provider and they’ll update it.
Call or email the business — their phone and email are at the bottom of every page — and tell them what to change. The portal shows the new value the next time you sign in.
Changing your Email matters most: it is the address the sign-in code goes to, and the address a Google or Apple account has to match. Ask for it to be corrected before you try to sign in with the new one.
What else is on this page
Below your details, two things you can manage yourself, because they are yours rather than your detailer’s records:
- Addresses — the places your vehicle is serviced and where invoices are addressed. Add one with Add address, or edit and remove the ones already there.
- Saved cards — the cards your plans are charged to, when you are on one. See Update the card that pays your plan.
Choose your language
The portal reads in English or Spanish. At the bottom of every page — signed in or not — open the Language list and choose English or Español. The whole portal switches at once, including the messages it shows you when something goes wrong, and it remembers your choice in that browser.
The emails and text messages your detailer sends you follow a separate setting: the language they recorded for you when they added you. If those arrive in the wrong language, ask the business to change it — it is one of your details, like your phone number.
Good to know
- Your name at the top right is what your detailer wrote; if they only had your email, the email shows there instead.
- The same menu holds My plans, for any recurring plan you are on, and Logout.
- Nothing on this page is visible to anyone but you and your detailer.
