See upcoming and past bookings

Every appointment you have with your detailer — the one next week, the one happening right now, and the ones already done — is listed in one place. This article shows you where that list is, how it is sorted, and what you find when you open a booking.

Open your bookings

  1. Sign in, then choose My Bookings at the top of the page.
  2. If you were not signed in, the portal asks you to sign in first and brings you back here afterwards.

The list is yours alone: it shows the appointments booked for you by this business, nobody else’s.

The three tabs

Bookings are grouped by where they are in their life, and each tab shows how many it holds:

  • Upcoming — appointments still ahead of you. A booking you just made reads Scheduled; once the business has looked it over it reads Confirmed.
  • In Progress — an appointment the technician has started and not yet finished. Usually empty, except on the day.
  • Past — everything that is over: work that was Completed, and appointments that were Canceled.

Within a tab, the newest appointment is first.

If a tab is empty, it says so. Upcoming and In Progress offer a Book a Service button when there is nothing in them; Past simply reads No past bookings yet until your first visit is done.

What a card tells you

Each booking is a card with the essentials: the day and time, the services booked, the vehicle (with its color, when the business recorded one), the status, and the price. Choose View Details — or the card itself — to open the booking.

A booking’s own page

The page opens on the date and time, with the status beside them, and is laid out in sections:

  • Services — each service and its price, then Subtotal, any Discount, Tax with the rate applied, and the Total. A line marked Package is part of a bundle the business offers.
  • Vehicle (or Vehicles, when the booking covers more than one) — the year, make and model, plus the color and plate the business has on file.
  • Location — the address the technician comes to.
  • Notes — anything you wrote when booking, or anything the business wrote for you about this visit. See Photos and notes from your detailer.
  • Before Photos and After Photos — once the work is done and the technician has uploaded them.
  • Cancellation Reason — on a canceled booking, if the business gave one.

Back to My Bookings takes you back to the list.

Good to know

  • Times are shown on your own clock. The date at the top of a booking’s page is the day the business planned the visit for, in their local time — the two agree unless you are traveling.
  • A booking never leaves the list on its own. Only the business changes a booking’s status, and only they can move it or cancel it — see Change or cancel a booking.
  • The list shows your most recent fifty bookings.
  • A visit that could not be completed keeps its booking in Upcoming, with a note explaining why — see When a visit couldn’t be completed.
