My supply list: what to load for the day
By the end of this article you’ll know where your day’s supply list is, how to read it and tick it off, and what the Remaining today switch does.
My supply list is built from the jobs on your Work tab: for every service booked that day, the gear and products the office listed under that service’s Requirements. It’s worked out on your phone from what’s already synced, so it opens with no signal — in the yard before the first stop, or between jobs.
Open it
- On Work, tap Supply list under the day’s numbers. The row says how many items the day needs — Supply list · 6 items — or Nothing to load.
- On You, tap My supply list (Gear and products for the day’s jobs).
Both open today. Tap a day on the strip at the top to see another one; Today brings you back. The day you’re looking at is in the link, so the back button returns you to where you were.
Read the list
Two sections, Gear first, then Products. Each line shows the item, how much — 1 each, 28 oz — and any note the office added.
- Gear is what you carry and bring back: a pressure washer needed by three jobs is listed once. The quantity is the most any one job needs.
- Products get used up, so the day’s jobs add up: three jobs at 8 oz of soap each is 24 oz. A truck or a van may need more than a sedan; the office sets that on the service, and your phone uses the vehicle on each job to work it out.
Tap a line (or its arrow) to see which jobs need it — the time, the customer and that job’s share — so you know what to leave in the van if the day changes. The footer sums the day: 2 jobs · 3 vehicles.
Tick it off
Tap the box as you load. Ticks are kept on your phone for that day only — they survive closing the app and come back when you reopen the list, and they’re cleared once the day has passed. Nothing is sent to the office when you tick, and nothing is taken off the office’s stock.
If a job is added after you ticked a line, the line’s quantity changes and the tick comes off with an Updated badge: look at it again, then tick it when the new amount is loaded.
Remaining today
The switch at the top is on by default for today: the list covers jobs still to do and leaves out finished, cancelled and skipped stops. Turn it off to see the whole day as it was planned — useful when you’re checking what you loaded this morning. Other days don’t have the switch.
Good to know
- No jobs on this day — nothing to load. means exactly that.
- Your services don’t list supplies yet means the day has jobs but the office hasn’t filled in Requirements on their services. The office does that in the back office; nothing to fix on the phone.
- A day too far out to be on your phone is read from the office instead — the list says Loaded from the office. With no signal that day shows This day isn’t on your phone yet until you reconnect; every day inside your normal window still works offline.
- The list counts the jobs you lead. A job you’re helping on is on the lead’s list.
- A job you created from the field with no signal is included from the services you picked, before the office has priced it.
