Who Urable is good for

Urable is a mature, detailing-specific platform with unlimited users on every plan — if you run a large crew and would pay per seat elsewhere, that alone can make it the cheaper option. It also has years of shipped features and an established community, and route optimization is included on every tier. Where it costs more is the entry point: the cheapest plan is $70/month with no free tier, online booking starts on Pro ($110/month), and payment processing runs through Stripe or Square at their standard rates, with no debit or card-present discount.

What to check before you switch

  • Export your history first. Ask Urable for a CSV of customers, vehicles and jobs and check what it includes (notes, photos, pricing) before you cancel anything.
  • Saved cards don’t transfer. Cards on file belong to the old payment processor; customers re-enter them once, on their first Wax Stak invoice or through their portal.
  • Your review link and booking URL change. Update your Google Business Profile, website and social bios the day you switch.
  • Run both for two weeks. Finish open jobs where they started; book new ones in Wax Stak.
  • Reminders come from a new number. Tell regulars to expect texts from Wax Stak so nothing lands in spam.

Frequently asked questions

Is Wax Stak cheaper than Urable?

On subscription, yes at every tier: Wax Stak starts free, Pro is $24/month and Business is $39/month, against Urable’s $70, $110 and $183. If you have many more than ten users on Business, Urable’s unlimited seats can close the gap — do the math on your own headcount ($5 per extra user on Wax Stak).

Does Urable support Spanish?

Urable’s pricing page does not list a Spanish interface (as of September 2026). Wax Stak runs fully in English and Spanish — back office, field app, booking page, customer portal, texts and emails — and every user and customer picks their own language.

How do the payment rates compare?

Urable connects to Stripe or Square and you pay their published rates (Stripe’s standard online rate is 2.9% + 30¢). Wax Stak’s built-in payments start at 2.9% + 30¢ on Starter and drop to 2.65% on Business, with debit as low as 2.0% and ACH at 1%.

Can I move my data from Urable to Wax Stak?

Export your customers, vehicles and job history from Urable and import the CSV into Wax Stak. Saved cards cannot move between payment processors; customers re-enter them once on their first Wax Stak invoice.
