Who Jobber is good for

Jobber is a polished, general-purpose field-service platform with a large ecosystem, strong quoting and invoicing, and a 14-day trial. If you run several service lines beyond detailing, its generality is a plus. For a detailer the trade-offs are price and fit: plans run $39–$439/month on a one-year commitment with one user included and $29 per extra user, route optimization starts at Grow ($169/month), and nothing in it knows what a vehicle, a VIN, a ceramic-coating package or a maintenance plan is. The Spanish app is for team members only — not admins, owners or your customers.

What to check before you switch

  • Export your history first. Ask Jobber for a CSV of customers, vehicles and jobs and check what it includes (notes, photos, pricing) before you cancel anything.
  • Saved cards don’t transfer. Cards on file belong to the old payment processor; customers re-enter them once, on their first Wax Stak invoice or through their portal.
  • Your review link and booking URL change. Update your Google Business Profile, website and social bios the day you switch.
  • Run both for two weeks. Finish open jobs where they started; book new ones in Wax Stak.
  • Reminders come from a new number. Tell regulars to expect texts from Wax Stak so nothing lands in spam.
