We speak Spanish. ¡Hablamos español!
Wax Stak was built in English and Spanish from day one — for you, your crew and your customers. Not a translation bolted on later.
Everyone works in their own language
Language is set per person, not per business. Run the office in English while your crew works in Spanish, and each customer hears from you in theirs.
Your office
Each person on your team switches Office between English and Español from the top bar. Reports and exports follow the app’s language, and scheduled reports reach each recipient in their own.
Your crew
Field follows the phone: set it to Spanish and it reads in Spanish — service names, categories, equipment, measurement types and skip reasons included.
Your customers
Each customer has a language on their record. Appointment texts, reminders and receipts go out in it, and Portal switches to Español from any page.
Translation built in
Write it once. Wax Stak drafts the other language; you check it and save.
Your catalog, in both languages
Name a service, category, product or piece of equipment and click Auto-translate for a Spanish draft, or type it yourself with Show Spanish. Search finds it in either language.
Notes that cross over
Job and invoice notes can carry a translation. A technician taps translate on a note written in the other language, and customers read booking notes in the language they use the portal in.
Texts in both languages
Every appointment text has an English and a Spanish version. Translate to Spanish fills the other box, with a live character count as you edit.
Suggested replies in their language
Draft reply answers a customer’s portal message in the customer’s language, and review responses are drafted in the review’s language. You edit before anything is sent (Pro and Business).
Your portal pages, both languages
Write your portal’s Welcome and About Us pages in English and Spanish, or let Guided design draft both from a description of your business (Pro and Business).
Marketing that respects language
Broadcast emails get their unsubscribe link and business address added in each customer’s language at send time (Business).
Questions
Does Spanish cost extra?
No. English, Spanish and Auto-translate are on every plan, Starter included. The features marked Pro or Business above follow their plan; the languages themselves never do.
Can my crew use Spanish while I use English?
Yes. Office is set per person from their profile, and Field follows each phone’s language, so a mixed team works side by side without anyone changing a setting for someone else.
How do I set a customer’s language?
The web apps choose it for them: Portal opens in the language of the customer’s browser, and when a signed-in customer picks a language there, it becomes their preference. Other communications — emails, texts and documents — have no browser to ask, so they use the language on the customer’s record. To set that yourself, open the customer in Office, choose Edit, and pick English or Spanish under Language for emails. A new customer starts with the language your business signed up in.
Is the help center in Spanish too?
Yes. Every help article is published in English and Spanish — see waxstak.com/es/ayuda.
