One rate on every card

Keep more of every job. Pro and Business beat the standard 2.9% + $0.30 — on every card, credit or debit, tapped on an iPhone, keyed in or paid by link. A saved card costs a little more, because the customer isn’t there to approve the charge.

Rates apply per transaction and are collected by our payment partner. No monthly processing fee, no minimum. On Starter, card payments take a one-time $5 to activate, credited back against your first $5 of processing fees.

Take up to four photos of the car in Office or in Field, or let customers add them when they book. Wax Stak grades paint, dirt, interior, pet hair, stains and damage, then recommends services and packages from your own catalog, priced for that vehicle, each with the reason it was picked. You review and apply — nothing reaches the customer until you send the quote (Pro and Business).

Reviews that build your reputation

Review requests go out by email after every job, reviews show on your booking page, and you answer them in public starting from a suggested reply in the customer’s language (Pro and Business). Business adds trend alerts when sentiment shifts. On Starter, techs ask for reviews by hand.

Every customer conversation in one inbox

Customers message you from their portal about a job, quote or invoice. Your team replies from one place, and the answer reaches them in the portal and by email, in their language — on every plan. Pro and Business add photo and PDF attachments and suggested replies.

VIN scanning and vehicle history

Scan the VIN barcode with the phone’s camera and the year, make, model and trim fill themselves in. Every vehicle then keeps its jobs and before-and-after photos from every visit, so “was that scratch there last time?” has an answer — and customers see their own vehicles and photos in the portal. On every plan.

Receipts scanned into expenses

Photograph a fuel or supply receipt in Field, or upload one in Office, and Wax Stak reads the amount, date, vendor and account into the expense, flagging anything it wasn’t sure of. The photo stays attached for tax time (Pro and Business).

Pricing questions

What does Starter cost?

$9 a month, after your first 30 days free — and in any month you don’t use Wax Stak, there’s no charge. A card is required when you sign up. Beyond that you pay only the per-transaction processing rate when a customer pays you through Wax Stak.

What happens when I reach my monthly jobs?

You keep working: existing customers, jobs and history stay put. Jobs already booked can always be finished; booking new ones waits for next month or an upgrade to Pro, which covers up to 300 completed jobs a month and unlocks route optimization, branding and bookkeeping. Business has no jobs cap, and no plan limits how many customers you have.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing period. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Annual billing saves $48 a year on Pro and $156 on Business.

Do texts and emails cost extra?

Transactional email — receipts, confirmations, review requests — is unlimited on every plan. Automatic texts include the allowance above; Pro and Business can keep sending past it at 3¢ and 2¢ per text, up to a monthly budget you set.

Does the whole product work in Spanish?

Yes — Office, Field, the booking page, Portal, texts and emails are all fully bilingual. Your customers see their language; your team sees theirs.
